One very important aspect of our ministry is to put feet to our Faith.

We truly believe that when we selflessly give to those that are in need, God will repay us in

wonderful ways we could never imagine. God sees what we do and will Bless us. 

 

 

 

What the Bible says about Outreach.

 

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have

done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Outreach Programs

 

1. Our Town Evangelism:

            taking the Gospel to every person in our neighborhood, city and county. 

 

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He

that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Mark 16:15-16

           

2. Provision for the Poor:

            providing, food, water, clothing and other life essentials to the poor.

 

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open

thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Deuteronomy 15:10

       

3. Israel Now:

            supporting a variety of ministries that reach out to Israel. 

 

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

Psalm 122:6

 

           

4. One World:

            supporting a variety of misionaries that reach out to the world. 

 

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Romans 10:13-15

 

5. Ruth's Heart:

            visiting the sick, home bound, lonely and imprisoned. 

 

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and

widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

James 1:27

 

6. My Home:

            providing housing and furnishings for the homeless. 

 

And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.

2 Kings 4:9-10

7. Home Church Growth:

            planting new home groups around the world. 

 

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and

of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded

you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Matthew 28:19-20

If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace,

be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the

body; what doth it profit? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
